HPROF: Complete removal of oldhprof library and source

Currently the new hprof based on JVMTI has displaced the older hprof as
libhprof.so or -Xrunhprof, but the old hprof based on JVMPI is still part
of the source base and is still built and delivered as liboldhprof.so.

This old JVMPI based hprof source and library needs to be removed.
Any backup or workaround that involves using the older JVMPI based hprof
can be done by using the older hprof library from 1.4.2.

The source to the old JVMPI based hprof in 1.5 has not changed from the
last patch release of 1.4.2 and there is no plan to continue to support
this older hprof in 1.5.0.
