Running "java -help" produces output in English only, no
matter in which locale it's run. Apparently the text is hardcoded in
src/share/bin/java.c.

Tool output must be internationalized and localized. See
http://javaweb.sfbay/j2se/eng/prepLocalization.html for more
information.
