Reproduce Steps:
1. On Solaris x86 8/9, mozilla-b17c(2004/03/12), jre1.4.2_02-b03
2. Visiting http://www.mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-end/testcases/oji/test10.html or other similar pages in the directory.
3. Sometimes one or two applets can't be displayed after long time no matter how I refresh the page.
