ALT_PLUGIN_MSSDK should be changed to ALT_DEPLOY_MSSDK

      In the deploy workspace, we use ALT_PLUGIN_MSSDK to override DEPLOY_MSSDK. The names should be more similar. We should use ALT_DEPLOY_MSSDK to override DEPLOY_MSSDK.

      The reason it is like this goes back to the merging of the plugin/javaws/deploy workspace.
