March 15 after we did a sync of the TL workspace with MASTER/j2se, this test
started to fail on solaris and linux:

  http://nio/autobuild/get.cgi/builds/tiger/solaris-sparc/build/075c/jt/failed.html

It appears that the security team made several changes to the provider
mechanism. Could that be what's causing this test to fail?
