Reproduction:
1. Open Java Control Panel from Control Panel of Windows

On General Tab, two sentences are translated inproperly.
1. Only advanced users should modify these settings.
"should" is translated as "Can" here.
2. Only advanced users should delete files or modify these settings.
"files" here is not included in the translation, some misleading meaning in localized string.


This also happens for Traditional Chinese.
