Scrollbar arrows in GTK L&F are not showing 3D effect in blueprint 0.8.7, while they was showing this 3D effect in blueprint 0.7.4.1

It shows comparision of scrollbar displayed in blueprint 0.8.7 and in blueprint 0.7.4.1
Notice when using blueprint 0.7.4.1 there was a thin black color border around arrow button giving
a good 3D image effect, while this is not present if we use theme blueprint 0.8.7
