SwingSet2 about dialog seems to be cached, so while L*F is different but About dialog always shows the
same L&F as it was when the About dialog first opened.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open SwingSet2
2) Change L&F to Windows
3) Open About dialog(File --> About)
4) Now close About dialog, and change L&F to Java
5) Open About dialog, Note it still renders the button "ok" using windows L&F
