OS version : RHEL3.0 (with legacy libstdc++ libraries installed)

Two library tests fail when a 1.3.1 based jdk is used to execute the Tonga harness. Failures are not seen on solaris, Suse linux 8.2 or RH7.3.

The tonga harness itself seems to be at fault (during setup of test)
Using a 1.4.2x java to run Tonga sees the tests pass

No regression is present. Same failure seen for earlier 1.3.1 releases.
