Deafult Icon not appearing in java applns under Java desktop System
1.Execute SwingSet2.jar under windows. Observe that it has a default java icon at the top let corner of the frame.
2.Execute SwingSet2.jar under Javadesktop System. There is no default java icon at the top let corner of the frame. this should be consistent everywhere.
This is tested with build44.
