Running Java2Demo with OGL pipeline enabled on Win2000 fails to redraw when
the main application window is resized (or zoomed).
After the resize the window becomes black and does not recover.
- This bug seems to be only reproducable on a Win2000 machine in SQE lab (jfcsqe-earth) running with NVIDIA GeForce2 MX400 (ASUS OEM) board. The machine is running latest graphic drivers and Windows updates.
- Bug was found in 2D Tiger PIT Build:
"2d.pit-jcg-win-01-2004-03-31.tiger"
- The bug has not been reproducable on other SQE machines, such as WinXP with NVIDIA GeForce4
Steps to reproduce:
==================
1) Set JAVA_HOME to recent Tiger windows build (with OGL support)
2) Launch Java2Demo with OGL option (from demo directory)
$JAVA_HOME\bin\java -Dsun.java2d.opengl=true -jar Java2Demo.jar
3) Select one of the application demo tabs
4) Resize the main application window and observe the screen turning black.
