[TESTBUG] Regression java/awt/Window/LocationByPlatform/ManualTest.html fails

Manual Regression test java/awt/Window/LocationByPlatform/ManualTest.html Description is incomplete.
Html file instruction for this test reads: "Check LocationByPlatform is working. First Create New Frame,
then play with conrols". However, it is not clear for the user what to do when the test runs.

For example, please start the test execution and do the following steps (tested on Linux):

1.Click the "Create" button. The frame is not visible. If I select "Visible" switch now, the frame becomes visible.
It is OK.

2. Click the "Resize" button. The frame changes its size. It is also OK.

3. Click the "Iconified" button. The frame becomes iconified, however the "Iconified" button does not become selected.
Click the "Iconified" once more. The frame remains iconified and the "Iconified" button becomes selected. I suppose
this behavior is incorrect. But the test Instruction says nothing about it.

4. Clicking on the "Location by platform" and "Undecorated" buttons has no effect at all and it is unclear whether
this is expected or not.
