To resolve the rfe 4102292 a property(locationByPlatform) is being added
according to which if user don't specify location of window and that property
have value "true" than awt system place opened window on screen according to WM
behaviour, But this property is not working in Solaris with Gnome
following is the output generated by metacity --version over the tested system

Attached the testcase which shows the failure
Test tries to open windows one after other and than check there location
if all of them have same location than test is failed.
If you see opening of other native apps in Solaris with Gnome than it dont give
same location(starting X,Y) to opened window.
Can be reproduced in tiger build b45

XToolkit
