Since b45 (after fix for 4458472) algorithmically bolded B&W fonts look
better and they even may look better than antialiased version of bold fonts.
For example, compare bold W or M glyphs of MS Gothic/12pt with AA off and
on. Another example is copyright sign or capital M using Symbol/12.
This is not a regression because quality of bold AA fonts did not degrade
      - indeed quality of bold non-AA fonts is just became better. However,
user typically expect best quality from AA fonts, so we need to improve
      them too.
