Install a system with the GA of 1.4.2_04 (1.4.2_05-b05)

Setup a webserver to perform java-updates.

simply setting proxy setting to following should work :

web-proxy : qt0.ireland
port : 3128

http://java.sun.com should now point to test server.

open java control panel and click on "update now" from update tab

New install will begin and finish without warnings.
however no files are transferred.
java -version returns 1.4.2_04-b05

An alternative is to change the default setting when the custom setup
screen is presented during the install.

Click on all components so that complete installs/additions are made.

An error dialog pops up with Internal Error :2356 Data1.cab


Installing from a previous release of 1.4.2 works ok
e.g. (1.4.2_03-b02 -> 1.4.2_04-er ) updates fine.
