heapview demo:

Use heap iterator functions to accumulate all objects based on class, sorted
by count of bytes used.
Use dataDumpRequest to trigger a heap dump when Ctrl\ happens.

Changed to not use BCI, but just get class list and then cycle over
getting all instances of classes.
