IFTW bundles aborted installation on my Win98 SE and gave error message "Abort - Java Installer, to restart Java Installer, please refresh web page." Both JDK and JRE IFTW bundles failed to install.

The Win98SE had V2.00.2600.1 Windows Installer. After I upgrade it to V2.00.2600.2, now both JDK and JRE IFTW bundles install OK on the same PC. So IFTW bundles will not install on Win98SE if Windows Installer V2.00.2600.1 is already installed on it.
