JCK jgss tests fail with GSSException: Unsupported QOP value

      Calls to org.ietf.jgss.GSSContext.getMIC() are throwing GSSExceptions in the following JCK tests:
      api/org_ietf/jgss/GSSContext/index.html#getMICIOTest
      api/org_ietf/jgss/GSSContext/index.html#isInitiatorTest
      api/org_ietf/jgss/GSSContext/index.html#wrapUnwrapIOTest
      api/org_ietf/jgss/GSSContext/index.html#SetGetTests

      This behavior started in Tiger Beta 2 build b46. The tests ran fine in build b45. Please see jtr files that have been attached.
