Error message displayed when for invalid systemcache location is misleading.

      The Error message displayed when invalid systemcache cache location is mentioned in deployment.property file is misleading the user.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) Install J2re1.5.0 b47 in testing machine
      2) Set system cache location to invalid drive(exp: javaws userConfig deployment.system.cachedir k:/tmp) where k drive is not present in the testing system.
      3)System Import notepad application from (http://java.sun.com/products/apps/javawebstart/notepad.jnlp).
      (exp: javaws -system -import http://java.sun.com/products/apps/javawebstart/notepad.jnlp).

      Error message dialog will be displayed click "Details" button the message is "The current user does not have write acess to system Cache")

      this message is missleading it should the "System path is not valid" or "Configured system path is not valid , try with valid location".
