A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
If a JInternalFrame is minimized from its normal bounds the desktop icon is bigger than a desktop icon created when a a JInternalFrame is minimized from a maximized state.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Run SwingSet2 demo
Change to Windows Look and Feel
Miminize Frame 4 using the minimize button.
Maximize Frame 3 using the maximize button.
Minimize Frame 3 using the minimize button.
Notice that the desktop icons for Frame 4 and Frame 3 are different sizes.
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Expected the desktop icons to be the same size.
ACTUAL -
Desktop icons are different sizes.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
