      jre1.5.0 build 49
      JPI fails to load on some Windows2K and Windows98 systems.
      Steps to reproduce:

      - install jre1.5.0 build 49
      - from the IE browser go to Tools/<Sun Java Console> (Win98)
      You will get Microsoft IE worning:
      Microsoft IE has encountered a problem..... From error detail message you will see: the problem related to jpiexp32.dll
