Problem description:
It has been noticed that on solaris all the applets that depends on a huge jar file fails to run whenever reload button is pressed while downloading is in progress. The detailed plugin trace is attached along with the bug report.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Make sure that <user_dep_home>/cache is clean. try to load the following applets inside the browser
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/staticRef.html
2) while downloading is in progress clicks on the reload button

if you notice that applet fails to load and throws an exception messages on the Java console then the bug is reproduced
