A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
It would be very helpful if JWS (JNLP) supported a $$hostname macro similar to the $$codebase macro for use in the .jnlp file.
We use JWS to deploy our app from many servers and it can be difficult to tell from which host it came (especially for our customers).
JUSTIFICATION :
as above
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Replace $$hostname with the originating machine (from JWS classes are loaded).
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
manually edit each .jnlp file
