(reflect) Add isAssignableTo() and getErasure() methods in java.lang.reflect interface

       The java.lang.reflect.Type interface doesn't have methods
       like isAssignableTo() or getErasure() on it. Writing code to
       work out stuff from these objects to be realy baroque.
