Bug Description:
Applications run from Java Web Start now receive an "Add/Remove
Programs" entry on Windows. However, this entry's icon is the Java icon,
regardless of the icon specified in the application's JNLP descriptor.
The application's icon should be used in its Add/Remove Programs entry.
Steps to Reproduce (be specific):
1. Run JDiskReport via JWS on Windows
(http://www.jgoodies.com/download/jdiskreport/jdiskreport.jnlp)
2. Open "Add/Remove Programs" in Windows Control Panel
3. Scroll down to JDiskReport entry
