Step to reproduce:
- check you have swedish locale
- in the ~/.java/deployment/deployment.properties set
  "deployment.javaws.autodownload=PROMPT"
- from browser open location
  "http://web-east.east/javaws101/web/tests/tiger-unit/4645264/apps/hello.jnlp"
- alternatively from CLI invoke
  "javaws http://web-east.east/javaws101/web/tests/tiger-unit/4645264/apps/hello.jnlp"
- after a while you'll be prompted with JRE download confirmation dialog.
- note that "Download" button is missing mnemonic.
