[fr] JNLP Cache Viewer is missing mnemonic

      Step to reproduce:
      - Open the JNLP Cache Viewer under the french locale
      - click the menu Edit, then Reinstall
      - reinstall window will appear
      - notice that the Close button is missing mnemonic
