In JavaWebStart the menu item "Install Shortcuts" in Application Menu is enabled in Solaris GNOME 2.0 but install shortcut is not supported for All-User currently in GNOME2.0,so the menu item should be disabled or message should be displayed to user regarding the functionality.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Login into Solaris 9 GNOME2.0 session.
2. Install jdk1.5.0
3. Set system cache location in deployment.properties file.(we can set by this command line option EXP : javaws -userConfig deployment.system.cachedir /tmp/cache)
4. Import notepad application in system cache(javaws -system -import http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp).
5. Launch javawebstart from command prompt in system mode(javaws -system)
6. Select the notepad application and click "Install Shortcuts" menu item in "Application" menu.
Shortcut will not be installed,it is not currently supported in Solaris GNOME2.0,if it is not supported we can disable the "Install shortcuts" menu item or we can provide a Warning message to user so that user will not get confused.
