Progress bar in graybox animation is inconsistent

The progress bar in the animation does not work sometimes with pages containing multiple applets. It depends on the type of browser, OS and jar files these applets are using. Here is an example of what I ran across:

      1) Click on the following page. This page contains 1 applet:

      Applet 1 - uses Test21.jar

      http://javaweb.sfbay/~sc33349/projects/phonehome/applethtml/GrayBoxTest-05.html

      2) Now click on this next page. This page contains 3 applets:

      Applet 1 - uses Test22.jar
      Applet 2 - uses Test31.jar
      Applet 3 - uses Test22.jar

Test21.jar from the previous page and Test22.jar from this page are essentially the same jar. The only difference between the jars, other than their name, is that Test22.jar contains an extra file so that the size of this jar is almost twice as large as Test21.jar.

On Win2k using IE, notice the progress bar on applet 3 does not work. However, the progress bar is fine on all 3 when using Netscape.

On WinXP using IE, notice the progress bar on applet 3 does not work. Using Netscape, the progress bar on applet 1 does not work.
