Regression-cte CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4901731/encoder.java test fails with JDK1.5.0-b50.
The failure is intermittent and is not reproducible always. The test fails mostly on Sol10/sparc (we have b55 installed).
According to the comments in #4965555 we must have a 'low machine load' while running the test.
Normally when we run the tests there are no other tasks performed on the test machine, so the only load
is produced by the jtreg harness and the test itself.
As we are unable to provide lower load of the machine, either the test shows the problem (according to
eval. of #4965555 this is not true) or the tests need to be fixed, so I'm filing this into cte_test subcategory.
The test regularly fails in b50, b46, b45 and earlier builds.
