Help of HtmlConverter has some wrong information refer to version number

Bringing the help of HtmlConverter GUI, there are some version number which
also includes "beta2" as install path, URL and so on.
See the attached images.

This beta2 version of tiger will be provided via internet globally not like
EA for update releases, so it should be fixed like "1.5.0-beta2" to "1.5.0".
The help content has a part which may be obtained from the java.version
property, and a part which is not so. And also there are the name change issue
in the help.
