jmxremote.access should contain the following these predefined entries:

monitorRole readonly
controlRole readwrite

These entries are missing in beta2.

As specified in http://ccc.sfbay/4985843:
The default jmxremote.access file defines two roles: MonitorRole (read-only)
and ControlRole (rw). Role names can be added, removed, and renamed.

However, the sample jmxremote.access attached in the CCC request
misses these entries.
