Bug Description:

JavaWebStart should not allow removing application when it is running.
Current Behavior:
------------------
When an application is installed and launched and when the same application is removed through JavaWebStart Application Manager or through command prompt all the resource of that application is removed leaving the resource which is used by the running application.
Expected Behavior:
-------------------
User should be given warning massage when any running application is uninstalled and it should not be removed unless the application is closed and also when any application is unintalled the complete resource should be removed from the local disk.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install jre150 b50 in testing WinXP Home machine.
2. Install notepad application(javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp)
notepad application will be launched and it running on the desktop.
3. Launch Javawebstart(javaws)
4. Select the notepad application and click "Remove Selected Application(s)" button
notepad application will be removed from the "Java Application Cache Viewer" but following files and directory will be not removed due to application is still running.
Location : C:\Documents and Settings\suresh\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javaws\http\Djava.sun.com\P80\DMproducts\DMjavawebstart\DMapps
Filename : RMnotepad.jar
User Should be given Waring message that "Application cannot be removed unless the running application winowd is closed"
this will enable clean remove of the application.
