The following regression tests failed on Windows XP :-

sun/management/snmp/bootstrap/SnmpNotifBootstrapTest.sh
sun/management/jmxremote/bootstrap/RmiBootstrapTest.sh
sun/management/snmp/bootstrap/SnmpBootstrapTest.sh

The problem stems from the password and access files being created
on SAMBA file systems. If the password or access files are on other
file systems the test pass as expected.
