In "Java Application Cache Viewer" when view is changed from "System" tab to "User" tab the screen is flickering in the bottom ,this is due to the frame is not having same dimension,but the same is not happening when tab view is switched from "User" to "System".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install jre1.5.0 in WindowsXP Home Testing machine
2. Launch Java Application Cache Viewer(javaws).
3. Click the "System" tab and again click "User" tab,the application will flicker in the bottom this is due to frame size is not uniform
to view the difference click between the User and System tab repeatedly
