A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Icons displayed beside filenames in the JFiileChooser are not correct. Specifically if a particular folder is 'shared' on the network a 'hand' image should be shown with the folder icon but it is not.

Also if the Windows 'Folder Options' are set such that encrypted or compressed files show in an alternate colour (usually blue)

Files marked as hidden (when the folder options say to show them) show a 'ghosted' icon in the native explorer and file chooser, but not JFileChooser.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Share some folders on a Windows XP machine. Mark some files and folders as 'hidden' with the fiel properties dialog in Windows explorer.
Note the icon that appears for shared folders in both explorer and the native file open dialog. Compare with JFileChooser using the XP look and feel.

The XP Look and Feel should match the native XP look and feel.
ACTUAL -
it doesn't
