Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Netscape7.0 in Soalris9 (Gnome) with jre1.5.0(b51).
2. Run the following Applet
http://sqeweb.sfbay/deployment1/ws_plugin/tests/PluginPrinting/pluginhtml-default/PrintBook_Plugin.html
3. Click "Append Page" button ,one page is now added to printing,
click "Next" button "Page Setup" dialog will appear click "OK" new image will be loaded click "Append Page button again ,now 2 page's are added for printing
click as many pages which are to be added for printing,now click "Print" button the Page Range is not displayed in Print dialog,but in windows the Page Range is displayed according to number of pages appended.

To reproduce this bug you have to just invoke the applet mentioned in the bugreport ,this bug is also reproducible in standalone mode.
1.In the applet an image with a headng is seen the next button will bring the next image into view
2.The Book at the starting does not have any pages
3.The user can add the pagesby clicking the AppendPage button which will bring up a native page Dialog
4. the user can set the page format he desires for a particular page while adding the page
5.After the pages have been added to the book click the print button
the Page Range is not displayed in Print dialog,but in windows the Page Range is displayed according to number of pages appended.
