Accelerator keys are not enabled on Java Console for Windows

      browsers - IE, Netscape7.1, Mozilla1.4 and 1.6

      In the Java Console, the accelerator keys are not enabled.
      Even after pressing the "Alt" key, these keys are not seen. The keys are visible on Solaris and Linux platforms.

      This is an usability issue and should be fixed
