The READMEs have needless information.

 Solved by condensing the 8-line section "Java Web Start files
   may be excluded" down to 2 lines:

   +bin/javaws
   + Java Web Start

"Unlimited Strength Java Cryptography Extension" in jre/README lacks
the file separator character "/".

     <java-home>lib/security/US_export_policy.jar
