A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I run FileChooserDemo and click on Open A file, the jFileChooser window appears.

The "Create New Folder" icon is disabled.

I can't click it and create new folder.

Same behavior with 1.4.2_03 also.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
A create new folder dialog box should appear and I should be able to create new folder.
ACTUAL -
Seems like the icon is disabled and nothing happens when
you click on it.

ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
No error messages.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
