A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When a YES_NO_CANCEL JOptionPane dialog appears (Windows platform) it is not possible to dismiss the dialog by pressing 'y' for yest, or 'n' for "no". The user has to hold down ALT while pressing these keys. This is not default behaviour for this type of dialog in Windows. As an exaple run Windows notepad and try to exit without saving and a dialog appear. You don't need to hold down ALT for that dialog to be dismissed with a 'n'.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Open SwingSet2 .
Go to the JOptionPane demo section.
Click the "show confirmation dialog" button.
Press 'n' (whithout holding down ALT)


EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The dialog should be dismissed by pressing 'n'
ACTUAL -
Nothing happens

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
