A broken link exists in the 1.3.1_12 (b03) Readme.html file that is bundled with the JDK.

To reproduce:

1) Install 1.3.1_12 (b3) JDK on system (I have tested Sol/x86 and Windows bundles for this)
2) Load {JDK}/README.html in browser
3) Navigate through page to 'Contents of the Java 2 SDK' section
4) the link to 'The Java Platform API Specification' points to http://java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.3/docs/api/index.html , however this loads a 'Page Not Found' webpage on java.sun.com
