When performing test: mantis/awt/Manual/FullScreen/DisplayModeTest
against Tiger Build 51 on Windows 2003 system, windows crashed while switching
around with different display modes.

The system already has what the engineering suggested:
- update the video drivers: current version is 5.86,
  the latest version on matrox website is 5.92:
  http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/drivers/latest/home.cfm
  (use the drivers for WinXP or 2K)
- Install the latest DirectX: go to windows update page, Windows
  Server 2003 Family tab on the left, and add DirectX 9.0b End-User
  Runtime.
