NEWHPROF: Improve "empty trace" objects
Do a heap iterate at VM_INIT and identify objects allocated at that time
to be 'vm_init' objects?
The empty trace question will be asked all the time, better to document
it.
Also, not doing JNI interception to catch JNI allocations, and not
using VM_OBJECT_ALLOC event.
