steps to reproduce:
1.On cinnabar10 x86,jre1.5.0_beta2_b49, mozilla1.7(2004/05/17)
2.open mozilla and launch to Arc test
3.use keyboard,ctrlt+tab move cursor to input fields and change the values,then ctrl+tab,move cursor to button, press return,can't do fill and Draw.
4. On the applet, the S and R display as old values and can't change anymore.
