Build: /net/jano/export/disk12/i18n/NightlyBuilds/archives/2004-06-04.tiger

Windows 32bit binaries of i18n pit build is bad (incomplete), tried on 98 (zh_TW), XP (ja) and 2000 (en), did java -version, it crashes in 98, hangs in XP, and nothing shows when come back on 2000.

Can't proceed with PIT execution.

Solaris and Linux binaries seem to be fine, as the nightly tests have finished running. Since the putback for this PIT build is a fix mainly for Windows platform, we can't perform PIT until we get a good Windows build.
