The regression test java/net/URLClassLoader/HttpTest.java fails on windows XP. This failure was seen during PIT testing for integration into tiger build 55. This test passes on all other platforms. The jtr file is attached.

Although this test passed in earlier PIT builds, it used to show intermittent failure. I tested this against tiger build 44 today and it failed. The test was run on two different machines and it consistently failed.
