Install tiger b54 on any platform. Launch Control Panel. On Java applicaiton cache viewer, there are no mnemonic labels added after the localized menu labels. The users has no way of figuring out which mnemonic keys to use. For this reason, in Asian locales, we add (x) to the end of the menu labels if the shortcut key is alt+x. This allows the x to be shown with underline to indicate shortcut key.

The whole control panel needs to be checked to make sure all such labels are added.
