Bring jdkfiles.html and classpath.html up-to-date

Bring these 3 files in sync with each other:
    j2se/1.5.0/docs/tooldocs/solaris/jdkfiles.html
    j2se/1.5.0/docs/tooldocs/linux/jdkfiles.html
    j2se/1.5.0/docs/tooldocs/windows/jdkfiles.html

and bring these 2 files in sync with each other:
    j2se/1.5.0/docs/tooldocs/solaris/classpath.html
    j2se/1.5.0/docs/tooldocs/windows/classpath.html

It appears when one file was updated, not all files were updated.
Also update for name changes (mostly j2sdk -> jdk)
