OS - All
build tested - tiger beta3 b-56
Steps to Reproduce
1) Install the jdk/jre locally
2) Invoke the Java Control Panel
3) Go to "Java" tab and Click "View". The Java Runtime Settings will be shown
4) Enter any value for the Java Runtime Parameters and then resize the window.
The new value entered by the user is gone. The older runtime values are seen.
This is not very good from the end user point of view. This will be a common scenario when the user wants to enter a very long string for the Runtime value, and when the window is resized to see the entered value, the entry will be gone.
This needs ro be fixed for tiger-RC.
Also, while entering the new Runtime value, if the user wants to expand/contract the viewable space of any of the fields, this can not be done.
